New President/CEO

Mr. Vincent Bourguet has been appointed the President/CEO of Safran Electronics Canada Inc. Mr Bourguet until recently, was the Quality Vice-President for Messier-Bugatti (another Safran Group company). He is dynamic, creative, and insightful. His leadership, vision, innovation, and his experience in Aircraft Systems for the past 20 years will ensure enrichment of our global business relationships, and a continuance of the company growth planning.

Mr. Bourguet added, “I know that serving as the President/CEO of this great company will be an exciting and taxing challenge. I have the deepest respect for what Mr. Gerard and his team created, and will continue in this new Safran Electronics business organization to ensure Safran Electronics Canada remains in its internationally recognized role as the preeminent facility for aerospace electronics.”

In addition, we are pleased to announce that former President/CEO, Mr Pierre Gerard, has completed his assignment here in Canada and returned to France where he has accepted another challenging position within the Safran Group. He was a true leader, and had the respect and admiration of those who worked with and for him. We wish him well and much success in his future endeavors.

NOTICE

The Safran Group in France has created on February 1st, 2009 a new electronics division under the direction of Sagem. The corporate offices will be in France and includes subsidiaries throughout the world. Hispano-Suiza Canada has become a member of the Safran Electronics Division effective February 1st, 2009. On June 1, 2009 Hispano-Suiza Canada Inc. will be changing the Company name to
